Vivian verner, CO-PRESIDENT
Vivian is an incoming junior majoring in Medical Humanities and minoring in Spanish. She plans to go to medical school to become a dermatologist. In her free time, she enjoys watching TV and spending time with her friends and family. Vivian loves the outdoors, the color blue, and all animals. Vivan is exciting for this upcoming school year and can’t wait to meet you all!
Teena is an incoming junior pursuing a Biology major and later plans to attend medical school. In her free time, she likes to explore different types of food and go hiking. She is looking forward to what GlobeMed has in store this semester/future working with Sacred Valley Health!
Karishma pATEL, Director of Communications
Karishma is a senior graduating in December and is majoring in Medical Humanities with a concentration in pre-med and a minor in Biology. She plans on going to Optometry School in the future in hopes of one day working in Vision Therapy. In her free time, she likes to run, listen to music and hang out with her friends! This is Karishma’s first semester in GlobeMed and she can’t wait to meet everyone and is so excited to see everyone’s hard work come to life!
bIANCA tREVINO, DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY BUILDING
Bianca is an incoming senior and will be graduating soon with her Bachelors in Biology. She is looking forward to engaging with each and every one of you and finally seeing people in person! Her goal this semester is to achieve lifelong friendships and connections. Bianca is passionate about exploring new ideas, and resources that will not only help ourselves but as well as Sacred Valley Health. She is excited to share her extracurricular hobbies with everyone, one of them being entomology (bug enthusiast)!
mARIA jAMISON, Director of Finance
Maria is a junior majoring in Biology and minoring in Geology. After graduating, she plans on studying to become a professor and getting involved in ecological and evolutionary research. She loves nature, and in her free time she likes to draw, read, and binge watch shows. She enjoys learning and is excited to be a part of GlobeMed at UTSA!
lISETTE rAMIREZ, GHU cOORDINATOR
Lisette is a senior and will be graduating with a bachelor’s in Biology. She has a lot of expertise in the medical field as she has been working in it for a while! She genuinely enjoys helping and creating bonds with people. Lisette can’t wait to meet everyone and to show you all what our organization is about! There are many new ideas that she cannot wait to implement and help this organization prosper!
uCHECHI NWAICHI, grow coordinator
Uchechi is another one of our upcoming seniors and is majoring in Biology. When she isn’t studying she loves to paint, sing and read. This semester she is excited for all of the possibilities at will be made visible and achievable through GlobeMed and grateful for a new opportunity to live and love!
